When you upload product photos to AISOFTMEDIA, we store these files in secure regional cloud storage objects. These photos are used as raw image templates for rendering background scenes and AI visual variations.
We store the generated product images, lifestyles, listing copy variations, SEO tags, and ad copy outputs in our system so you can access your catalog history and download your compiled asset packs.
Uploaded product images and product details may be processed by AI systems and third-party AI providers, including Gemini API, only to provide the service and generate requested outputs. Your data is sent over encrypted channels to these providers and is not used to train public models.
We use your uploaded raw assets and generated copy/images exclusively to provide the platform's features, operate your dashboard workspace, process export downloads, improve output generation quality, and handle support requests.
We utilize third-party vendors for critical operational infrastructure, including cloud hosting providers, database clusters, background task queue managers, and specialized AI diffusion/LLM gateways. Your data is shared only to the extent required to execute these services.
We retain your account profile, uploaded product photos, generated listings, and related workflow metadata as long as your workspace remains active. If your account is inactive or you initiate deletion, we purge records in accordance with standard data cleanup procedures.
You can request complete deletion of your account, billing history, uploaded media assets, and generated copy outputs at any time. To request deletion, please contact founder@aisoftmedia.com. We will delete all active records within 30 days of request confirmation.
Payments are processed directly by our third-party billing processor, Stripe. AISOFTMEDIA does not collect, store, or have access to raw credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials. We only store basic subscription status and tokenized transaction IDs.
We use standard functional cookies and session tokens to keep you logged in and preserve your workspace settings. We also collect basic, anonymized site analytics to measure traffic, identify slow pages, and optimize website layout.
