3. Beta Product Notice
AISOFTMEDIA is currently in beta. Some features are actively being developed and may change based on user feedback. The services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis during this beta phase, and features may be modified, limited, or discontinued at our discretion.
4. User Accounts
To access the generation and management features of the platform, you must register a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Uploaded Content
You retain all ownership rights in the product photos and text descriptions you upload to our platform. You grant AI SOFTWARE & MEDIA LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, host, and transmit your uploaded content solely to provide and operate the service for you.
6. AI-Generated Content
Our platform utilizes third-party AI models (including the Gemini API) to generate images, descriptions, titles, and ad copy. We do not claim ownership of generated outputs. However, we do not guarantee the uniqueness, accuracy, or copyright eligibility of any AI-generated content.
7. Commercial Use
Subject to payment of applicable subscription plan fees, users are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use generated visual and text assets for commercial e-commerce storefronts, ad campaigns, and product listings.
8. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication and ensuring that product listings, images, ad copy, and marketplace content comply with applicable laws, advertising rules, intellectual property rights, and marketplace policies.
9. Marketplace Policy Compliance
We do not promise or guarantee marketplace approval (e.g., on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, or TikTok Shop) for any listings or visuals created. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all assets comply with the specific requirements and style guides of each target marketplace.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services to generate deceptive, offensive, harmful, defamatory, or illegal content. You may not attempt to scrape the platform, bypass generation credit limits, reverse engineer our workflows, or disrupt system operations.
11. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscriptions, credits, and billing transactions are handled securely via our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription tier renewal at any time.
12. Service Availability
While we aim to keep the SaaS platform operational, we do not promise or guarantee 100% uptime, specific SLAs, or continuous availability. AI SOFTWARE & MEDIA LLC is not liable for temporary service interruptions, network maintenance, or service downtime.
13. Intellectual Property
AISOFTMEDIA, its logo, user interfaces, workspace systems, and code are the exclusive property of AI SOFTWARE & MEDIA LLC. You are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or reverse engineering any platform assets.
14. Disclaimers

15. Limitation of Liability
